| Ken go to "file" then "open, import, or new" The file type menu will drop down in the middle of the screen. Scroll down till you find Point file! That will open it from where ever you have it stored. I put mine on the desktop since I don't plan to keep it after getting the model done. Once it is open you can save it as a 3dm file. Mike

How fast does Mach III scan? Does it do a position and drop type of method, or is it able to traverse in a line across the surface? I'm wondering how long it would take to scan say a 6" x 6" square at a .050" resolution? Thanks in advance for any comments or suggestions.. |
