Does anyone use a die sinker for making their injection mold machine molds. We just purchased a nice injection mold machine and I will be making the molds for this machine. I have a 5 axis Haas Vf3 but was told that a Die Sinker would greatly benefit me. I would like to know the pros and cons of this process and if anyone knows if I can get a decent new machine for around $100,000? All suggestions and comments are greatly appreciated.    |
