Steel Rule Automatic Bender

Hello,

I am searching some informaation on a steel rule automatic bender(for producing of steel-rule dies. Does anybody know where/who produces such type of machine? Does anybody have experience with these kind of machines?

One place I worked at had a CNC bender. It was actually a Tubing Bender. You just have to order the flat dies with it.

You mean like normal pipe bending machine, but replace the round profile roles with flat one... that might be an ideea, thanks !!

I just finish my prototype bender for die cutting. I write my own software to process DXF files.

Yes. I just turned some flat dies for a tubing bender for a buddy of mine. He says it works fine for rolling out large radius curves.

However, I think you may be talking about wanting a hard bend in heavy stock. A hydraulic brake with a wedge and slot die set may be what you need.
