Well I couldn't find the introduction forum so since I'm a toolmaker this seems like a good spot.
I have been in tooling since 1987 in Ontario Canada with experience in Mastercam wire , Mastercam Draft for die design and worked with PCDMIS , a CNC inspection program.I recently left "the rat race" and now live in Nova Scotia where I work at a shipyard machine shop with no cnc machines whatsoever and most of the tools are around 40 yrs old.At times it can be really boring but livin here just can't be beat as far as I am concerned.
I would be happy to answer tooling , machining and other related questions to the best of my ability.
