I click the home button and nothing happens, no matter what settings I use I can get the machine to home. Mind you that all worked before I upgraded the deskcnc software. Any ides?

| I had the same problem, its not your hardware . The newer versions ( last two) have the provisions for homing scripts . You need to go to the machine setup tab- homing scripts. there you give the command of G30 X1Y2Z3 where X1Y2Z3 are the offsets from home position for each axis. Try using just the g30 to begin with. Hope this helps |

| That is a different issue altogether. Your machine profile , it seems wouldnt contain any info on how to home. I had written to deskcnc and this is what i had been told. Since I wasnt comfortable with doing scripts etc.. I still am using the older version on my machine until i can work things out with the script. |
