Hi every one , I wonder if somebody has made some test for deskcnc on touch screens monitors ? How does it works ? Should I use the virtual keyboard and get rid of the mouse ? Could deskcnc run in w7 ? Thanks. |

| Not sure about touchscreen, Deskcnc does so much more than just machine control that I think you really need a mouse, unless you are using some other CAM program and just using Deskcnc as a G code interpreter, or just need a setup to do batches of the same parts over and ovar again. I know Carken will do custom programming for you, an example software I guess it depends on what you are doing with it. DeskCNC works great in Vista, I dont know about 7 Off-lease XP pro computers are so cheap now, with more than enough power to handle DeskCNC, CAD, Email, Photoshop and internet all at once, for under $200... |
