Need help with simple .DXF file

I have been trying to cut this part/parts using the contour function in Deskcnc. I have had trouble with setting the boundaries, island on this part.

I used select/explode/join to take care of the intersections and that worked.

I have tried using the 'Change depths' from the edit menu. I set my boundaries depths first then the island depth as instructed and still no luck.

The innermost slot is full depth .260" the middle slot/island is .06" deep and the outside boundary is full depth (.260")

I was hoping to do this with one function (contour) instead of two (pocket then contour) for reasons of efficency and accuracy. Any suggestions?

If anyone can help please say so and I'll repost the file.

    Thank you, Chuck.

I don't know if this is in the right place, but I didn't see Deskcnc in the software area. I will also post this in the IMservice help forum, but Fred Smith looks like a very busy guy unless he's been cloned or something, and this 'seems' like a pretty simple task. Thanks again.
