Default Desk cnc crashes. Pressing problem.

Hello everyone and sorry for my English.
I have a problem to be solved urgently.
I have a cnc bought (used) with DeskCNC and PC control (Windowx xp). For a month, everything went well, but now suddenly the machine stops (at some point of the process), and the x, y, z is zero (just about where it stops the spindle).
The machine moves but very rigid. Then I turn off and turn on and that's fine, but if part machining after some crashes again. I also formatted the computer and reinstalled the software but the problem remains. I hope I can help you understand the problem.

I can't say I do understand the problem, but have you tried contacting DeskCNC DeskCNC Home page and asking them about it? The site is still up, but I'm not sure how active they are. Still, it couldn't hurt to ask.
