Hi

since both kits use the same 24V supply
out of the 2 kits -

the CNC kit Nema23 stepper motor 3axis (23HS6430 +DM542)+350W24V+breakout board
is the kit I'd choose

1st the stepper motors have a lower inductance and should run faster
2nd if you damage a stepper driver the DM542 driver is easier to replace than the IC's on the all in one board

the TB6560 Control Board has a habbit of self destructing
