    problem synchronisaion axis maho700

Hi, I have a problem with my mahocnc 700 with 432.
The z-axis runs faster as the x-axis, how can I synchronise these axes?
Maybe one of you know how to solve this problem,

    greetings,
    Erik

I have figured it out now,
It seems the professionals run a program with the renishaw ballbar.
after this they adjust the servo's in the trm with the axis cards.
I'm going to find a person who is experienced in this.

ballbar is really not necessary for adjusting the servos, unless you are trying to do very close work or find a problem when interpolating a circle.

There are screens that show you the servo lag and drift and then you adjust the lag(Tacho) potentiometer or the drift potentiometer.
I will have to look threw my notes as its been awhile since I have done this on a Maho.

Perhaps someone else will tell you as I am out of my office doing service on a Deckel.

    Regards
    Don
