    Maho 800E Toolmagazine problem

    Hi

I have some problem with the toolmagazine.

Sometimes it starts to rotate when I run the machine.
When it happens it rotates and then the machine stops and an error message appears:
Intervention 1\0, E180 = No mag. SW. > Running time checkb
It takes a couple of hours before it stops when it has begun rotating.
    It only happens sometimes.
    Does anyone have a clue?

    Regards Kotten1, Sweden

    Hello Kotten,
I have not worked on a Maho E M/C with an ATC.
Never the less I would check all Proximity Switches and Limit switches within the ATC. The fault could be a dirty or loose proximity switch, with the machine's vibrations it could be enough to set it off. You may need to look also at the adjustment or positions.
