    Maho Mh 1000c C/w Phillips 432-20

    Hi,
    Our sister company in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada has recently purchased the MH100C.
    I have no information on this machine at all, and have never seen one before!
    I was wandering if anyone is near to that area and maybe could help with training or something?? Obviuosly for pay!!
    Or, any info on the control would be great, I know it's alot ot ask but thought I'd give it a shot,

    as to my knowledge, phillips is pretty simple and basic..if you have experience or know someone that has experience with fanuc control there shouldnt be any problems figuring out phillips...

    I have just received some literature on the machine and the cnc control, it does look starightforward.

    Hi , thank you!!
    I was actually at our sister plant yesterday for the day trying to geth this machine going for them, with limited success!
    We figured out how to set offsets etc and actually centre drilled a part. but we could not drill the part with the next tool, it seemed like it was ignoring it's tool length offset??
    The second toll would always be around 5.5" above the part, (which is the same offset value as the first tool, the centre drill.

    Philips 432 DNC

    Can anyone help me set up the control and filr transfer software?
    Things such as baudrate, parity, handshaking, etc. Also parameter settings on the control.

    It’s good to now.
    At my factory we also have an old machine whit Philips cnc 432.
    We have just got it so machine is not running jet.

    So maybe I become to need some help from you.
