DMU 50 Evo Linear iTNC530 - Setup Program Needed

    Hi,

I need a working 5 axis program for testing a DMU 50 Evo Linear with a iTNC530 controller. We are having problems getting our postprocessor working. I'm looking for a sample program (ISO G-Code) with contouring motion. I don't care what CAD system created the test program as long the machine creates the correct part. If I can get the model file, CL file used and the final G-Code output file. I will use this data as a target for correct output of my postprocessor. Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Don

What are the reasons for vector lines? Is that only for the ability to use 3d cutter comp. The only other way I've seen it is

    L X**** Y**** Z**** C**** B**** lines in M128(?) mode.
In which case I couldn't use cutter comp. Correct?
