Feed rate issues as soon as i am about to run the program it automatically increases the feed rate to max no matter what i write in the program?? how can i change this?

Might be set to feed per/rev needs to be feed per minute? G95/G94!

Make sure your not in dry run. The little cryptic symbols on the rotary switch are hard to figure out sometimes.
