Deckel DE-10C EDM

On our DE 10 C, DECKEL CNC EDM, We are not getting the power to the key board for date Entry. Any one can kindly suggest where to look for rectifying this defect. (Meaning what need to be checked).
ALso we had problem with CPU card BS 102 and 104 .
One technician had suggested the EPROM on the card had lost the information.

My best suggestion would be to get some qualified help, probably a computer technician... I am pretty sure he can fix it as it sounds like an electronically issue.
