Deckel FP3NC

Hello to everyone,

I will be retrofitting Deckel FP3NC Dialog3E with Heidenhain TNC320 control.
I am a little bit confuzed with spindle speed changing. I am not really sure how this gear box works.
I hope that somebody is possible to explain this to me, or send me some more information about this.
