    Default Power off at m30

Hello all. Ive been using Haas machinery through my full career in the machining field and my company is now upgrading. We got a DMG/MORI DMU65 Monoblock 5 axis. One of the features I used most on the Haas machinery was the "Power off at m30".

I'm looking for a similar feature on this new DMG. Has anyone ever used a similar feature?

Well, if it was a Mori, they have the apf button on the operator keypad for that, but being a DMG machine, can't help you.

You could always mount a remote shutdown button and let the machine push it.
Caveat: Some of the electronics might not be happy at being powered down that way.

It's been a couple years since I've run one, but I think I recall this option somewhere deep in the settings or parameters area.

The power down will be machine/controller specific.
Machines that run unattended, overnight often have this option so that they can shut down (and external equipment, like compressors, etc) upon some failure or cycle completed.
3D printers often use M80 to turn on supply, and M81 to turn it off.
