Puma 8S Spindle Amplifier error code 34

We have a Puma 8s lathe P/N PM8S0295..we lost parameters while changing out batteries, but have manually input System para's per the print out we rec'd with the machine when we purchased it used. Have cleared most errors but the Spindle Amplifier is showing error code "34" (para out of range)..we have tried to input para 6519 to 00000010 and 00000110 which should cause a reset but have been unsucessful. Also having problem with error 408 and 409 re: Servo alarm serial error. Can anyone help ? Also is there any "Master list of Parameters" for this machine/controller. We have not input or changed any of the Diagnostic parameters since losing para's ?? Do we have to input both the System and Diagnostic para to get the machine back up and running ??

Thanks for any input,

Bob

AL-34

Bob,
Maybe this will help? from Fanuc Manual 65160

Motor model code

Control / Parameters
0 / 6633 6733
15 / 3133 3273
15i / 3133
16i/16 / 4133

Data unit : –
Data range : 220 or later
If the motor model code is set to less than “219”, the
parameter miss setting alarm (AL–34) is occurred. Because
the parameter of ROM version 9D10 is not used at the ROM
version 9D12.
Please perform the automatic parameter setting for 9D12 by
using the motor model code more than “220”.
