Need Help!- puma 12l-b fanuc O-T

we are having problems threading on our Puma. we had to re-enter the parameters when we installed the machine. Does anyone know the parameter that controls the threads per rev? or have a file with all the correct parameters? right now all we can do turn, bore drill face etc but no threading.

What happens when you try to cut a thread? Do you get an alarm, does it try to cut but it's wrong? Give us a hint.

I see this all too often. Mr. Coupar is right. We all want to help, but can't unless enough information is given. Often this means posting a section of your program where you are having trouble so we can see if the program is correct. No sense trying to trouble shoot parameters, encoders, etc. if it is something in the program itself. Waste of everyone's' time.
