puma 200c goolant leek through splndle tube?

I have coolant coming from the spindle tube just ahead of the hydraulic chuck actuator. it seems to be slinging through a lock nut and turns into a mist on the inside of the cabinet.

I just had the actuator rebuilt but the machine was leaking before hand.

I had to remove the draw tube.

The O ring was replaced on the collet closer (3-J)
