Hello all, I would like to drill two holes of different diameters (.187" and .339") simultaneously on a Puma 2000SY using the Fanuc B axis control function. I would like to have a drill facing east and the other west on the same turret station. I would like to drill a hole on the main spindle using the turret in the Z minus direction, while the B axis sub spindle is feeding onto the drill facing the Z plus direction at twice the feed rate (or whatever ratio necessary). Has anyone ever attempted this successfully on a Doosan SY lathe, and would they be willing to post an example program here? Thank you. |
