I was wondering if the offer a 20C setup for the 230 MS. We have been chasing a total runout problem with inconsistant hex stock in the STAR screw machine, and I believe that it be solved by using a hex collet to keep the part on center. BUT..... If anyone has a better idea please feel free to chime in. It is a 4" long hex part with a bored 60 deg. angles on both ends for locating on a grinder. There is also bearing lands on each end, QC is wanting total runout of .0002 on either end. Thanks Janos  |
