Urg! This machine is driving us crazy! It is brand new and we have continuing issues with the pallet rotation. The pallet keeps getting stuck in random places during rotation sometimes it is stuck in unclamp and sometimes it doesn't rotate all the way and gets stuck halfway. Anyone have this issue? Our local distributor has been very knowledgeable with our other Doosan machines in the past but this machine which they don't sell many of has been an issue. The pallet gets stuck about every 2 days, the tech comes out and messes with the keep relays and parameters and it works for another 2 days and then back to square 1. My understanding of the pallet is that it should never get stuck unless there is a power failure that happens during a pallet change. The thing only rotates 180 degrees why is this soo damn problematic?
