Anybody familiar with this machine? We are having a reoccuring problem on the sub spindle side holding size. On approximatly 1 out of 3 parts the OD and ID will finish .010 o/s. When this occurs we simply rerun the finish OD without offsetting and it will come out right on size. On this particular part, we use 2 turning tools, 2 1.5" boring bars, and 2 .375 Carbide E.M.'s. The two turning tools run on main and sub spindles and we use different tool offsets on the sub side. For Ex; T02002 for main and T02102 for sub. Neither our salesman nor any of their service techs had heard of this problem before. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
