Need Help!- Cintrol freeze whille simulation

Hello everybody,
I have a PUMA240MS with fanuc 18i control.
many times when I am programing a complex shape for 3axis miling and after that I am trying to execute simulation, the control freezes and finally I have to power off the machine to work again.
Two time this problem appeared in Auto mode while the machine running a program. The axes stoped moving and the spindle continue rotating at the same position.
I have upload the latest version of manual guide which Doosan send me but nothing really happened.
Does anybody have any idea what could be the problem?

Make certain that you have all of the tool radii/diameters in the tool offset page (including drills) correct. Manual Guide will not simulate correctly without this information and will give you the assumption that the control is locked up.

I would view the graphics from the NC side and see if this solves the problem, as the NC side is not as persnickity as the Manual Guide side when it comes to simulation.
