here is the new machine we got at work the other day, it is a doosan DHM-630
never used a horizontal machining center before so I am looking forward to learning!

we will be doing mostly cast iron on this machine, it came with the 60 tool atc and other than that not to sure what options we got, it hasn't been powered up yet still getting it put together and hooked up. So I haven't gotten a chance to play yet.

Mine is going to cut a lot of stainless. I ordered it with 116 tools as I'm going to add a pallet pool in about a year.

I have daewoo ace H50 (3.5 axis, fanuc 0 control) that works mostly on cast iron.

the machune is 1995 model and because we bought the first daewoo machine in israel it came with a korean engineer. the problem was that he wasnwt very proffesional and forgot to activate the air curtain and the spundle bearings worn out after only 5 years.
