Puma 280 singleblock...

Not really a problem but its irretating.
My machine takes the singleblock litterally...
that means that for an ex. that during a G71 cycle it goes to the end of the cycle and stops there instead of going back to the starting point of the cycle... same occurs when its doing the finnishing cut.

anyone knows how to solve it?

I apologize for going through the thread. I need the parameters for the Doosan ( Dooturn) s280 slant type cnc lathe. This is a 1999 machine with Fanuc OT control. I would appriciate if you can email me a scan of the machine parameters. I have applied to Doosan and the local rep but they are slow in response and we have a machine which is dead and not producing. Appriciate your urgent help

Kristian, I take it that single block isn't in affect otherwise? Just in these 2 cycles? How about threading?

Does this mean there is no difference? I asked because I figured you would know better than me. I've run a few OT controlled lathes (very few), but never paid attention to which type they were.

AFAIK, the 0i series have new parameter names and numbers, i.e.: on the 0T, the parameter to protect the 9000 programs was PRG9 #0010 bit 4. On the 0iT, it's NE9 #3202 bit 4. But I couldn't begin to tell you all of the differences.
