| we are running identical components on a Nakamura WT150 and a Daewoo TT1500SY. There is a M20*1.5 ISO external thread on the part, and we are threading up to a shoulder. On the Nakamura we are threading at 3000 RPM, but on the Daewoo we can`t thread over 2200 RPM because the gauge will not screw far enough up. Is there any way of altering the thread lead-out ? Or is this a software/parameter problem? We are using G76 P000060 Q100 R0.03 G76 X18.16 Z-25.0 P920 Q350 F1.5 |

| M37 G76 P000060 Q100 R0.03 G76 X18.16 Z-25.0 P920 Q350 F1.5 the M37 is to retract out with very little taper out of the thread this is for a Fanuc 21t controller I do believe that the older controllers use M27. hope this helps. Last edited by DocHod; 09-19-2007 at 09:53 PM. |
