have you tried to completely power down ans startup again?

We have a Daewoo Puma 2000SY, and the tool turret is stuck at tool 15!
Its just a 12 tool turret.
Anybody encounter this????
Service rep, not to helpfull, claims there must have been a T15 in the code, ah, ok, I dont know why that would stick it, but ok, now how do I undo it?????

Yes we have, several times, we even tried to pull the battery out of the servo driver.
The servo driver has a mode button on it that is not doing anything, as if its jsut not working, this may be our issue, we just want to be at least 99% positive.
have you tried to change tool in MDI mode with a tool change command like
M6 T1?after reboot what does the control say?it shows an alarm?the alarm should clear after hitting reset or alarm button several times,does your control have a recover button?if it does you have to use it and follow the steps it asks,my hass has one it works mint for tool changer crashes and problems
i think something blew in the tool changer like a switch or sensor of fuse,did your program have a T15 in it?
