Puma 10S torque limiter alarm question

I have a Puma 10S with an OT control. I am getting an 02 alarm when I try to power up the machine. The hydraulic pump will come on when I depress the Machine Ready button, but it goes off when I release the button. My book says to check the X axis torque limiter switch but I am having trouble finding it. Does anyone know where this switch is on a Puma 10S?

It's a lever switch on the motor coupling.
