adding 4th&5th axis

hello i program and run a dmv 3016 mill, what would be the best 4th and 5th addition the the mill? should i just be looking for a indexing table or should i find the swivling indexing table?

Indexing table would be more rigid, but i would buy swivling table because it is much more useful.
Note:check yout machine dimension, that table will fit there WITH workpiece
swivling table takes lot of space...
