What model controller???

Some machines have special parameters that are ONLY supplied by the machine tool maker. Have you contacted the machine tool maker???

You will need the option parameters and the configuration parameters. The option parameters are bought at the time of system purchase the configuration is done by the OEM.
If you have neither then you will need to get hold of someone with the identical machine, or contact the OEM.
