    Fanuc OT parameter(s)

Have an old Puma 12 LB with Fanuc OT controls. The workshift coordinates are backwards from all other Pumas we have. When there is a workshift in Z of 00.000 and want to shift out(away from chuck) .050, we have to enter -.050. Directly opposite of the other machines. On the 18iT controls I know there is a parameter for reversing this but we have no manuals for the OT control. Does anyone know what the parameter is that I need to change? Can a parameter manual for this control still be purchased? Thanks!

do you know the parameter number to reverse the workshift because I use the fanuc 18T control and worksift also works backwards, no big deal i guess, you just have to think backwards.

It's normal, the zero is the distance of your home (habitually the home position) to the zero of your parts.
If you want to shift out your chuck parts, you reduce the distance home to zero parts .
more length = you reduce the distance
