We have a Puma 2000SY w/ Fanuc 18i-TB
I need to make a 126mm x 60mm pitch x .315 wide square thread.

Major Dia. 4.882
Minor Dia. 4.704
thread length 3.450
Start point from front of part .300


I want to do it with a 5/16" End Mill in a X-Axis rotary tool. Using the C Axis.

I can not figure out the distance I need to put in the C axis for the thread to come out with the right pitch. It will have to be in degree's!!!

Please help me someone!!!!!
