Puma alarm 078 number not found??????

I am getting this alarm when trying to use M46 or M47 to accuate the pin and clamp or unclamp the tailbody. It will work in manual mode but no when programed. The machine has a Fanuc 21I-TB control and we just purchased it used.
Any ideas?

Sounds like you're missing a macro program.

Look in parameters 6071 to 6079 and 6080 to 6089 and see if there's a 46 and/or 47 stored in any of them. These will call programs O9001 to O9009 and O9020 to O9029. If these programs aren't stored in memory, you'll probably get that alarm.

It looks like you are right. 6073=m46 and 6074=m47 but there are not any of those O9001 to O9009 in the memory. I assume that I would need O9003 for the 6073 call and O9004 for the 6074 call?
Where can I get these programs our machinery dealer has been no help so far.
