    G76 Feed Limit

Fanuc Series O-T. I need a feed rate of 11.5 IPR. Seems like it will only give me 150 IPM

You sure 11.5 IPR? Thats huge. It may do it at 1 or 2 rpm, but not at any real RPM.

The formula is: RPM * PITCH = <160 IPM

If I did the math correctly 150 IPM and 11.5 IPR works out to 13 rpm. If I'm not mistaken, some lathes have a lower limit of 50 rpm. Of course, if your lathe is large enough to make a few turns at that pitch, then it probably can go that slow.
