I'm not familiar with that machine, but M19 is a spindle orientate code. Try it. Maybe it will lock the spindle for you. I assume it is a vertical lathe. Does the machine have C-axis? Our 200MS lathes have a C-axis button. Activating it locks the spindle.

M89 will definitely lock the spindle!
Don't know why I didn't think about the clamping codes.
Help re-setting/re-starting Daewoo V3016. I have a Daewoo DMV3016 Fanuc i series Mill. During a run the machine stalled out causing an alarm. Spindle Tool clamp/unclamp error. Alarm # is AVE 0166. Anyone have an idea how to reset this and get running again. Never had this happen before. Thanks alot, Any advice would be awesome.
