Puma 450 Fanuc 18t

My puma shuts down from 1 to 3 times a day. it comes up with a spindle error " 750 SPINDLE SERIAL LINK ERROR) can anybody throw any light on it as I've checked all elec/connections in case there's a dry joint somewhere. Any help much appreciated.

hi,please check the amp staus led,and the spindle amp led dispay is " 00"
