    Daewoo turret

    Our Daewoo 200 has a problem with the turret not turning when the machine is telling it to it comes up with
    (operator Message)
    1. Tool indexing is not finishe
    d 2.F23 on/X30 off , Y28 on

    I unpuged the 18-8 plug going to the solenoid valves to check it out and the same stuff came up when the plug was unpluged.

    for some reason the turret is not un-clamping or it doesn't know it has.

    check

    1. Valve Coil (Impedance check)
    2. Valve Plug (Voltage check when turret is commanded to rotate)
    3. Valve ( Mechanically override the valve and see if the turret un-clamps)
    4. Un-clamped confirmation switch
