I am thinking about buying a DMV3020. It claims 15HP spindle but a friend noticed the name plate said it reqd 73AMPS of power. My other 15HP CNCs req 40AMPS. I have 200 AMP single phase service, and have a 30 and a 15HP rotary phase converter running in parallel. Does anyone run a 3020 from a phase converter? If so, how many amps are your breakers? Any advice about the power or what to look for in the used machine?
