Default DNM650 and Nikken 5AX-201 Table

Looking for a bit of assistance in setting up a DNM650 (Fanuc I Control) to run with a Nikken 5AX-201 Rotary Table.
We are using OneCNC software to program the 5th Axis at present.
We are only using it for positioning and not simultaneous.
So far, we have written a post which will handle the the positioning of the table in B and C axes but will not handle G68.2 TWP.
Over the last few weeks, we have been working on a post to do this and today ran it for the first time.
Initially , we had a couple of alarms i.e. 5457..G68.2 Format error...altered bit 1 to 1 from zero in parameter 13451, which sorted that out then alarm 5462...altered Bit 6 (3TW) from zero to 1.
Our initial program to test, was just to drill some holes in 5 sides of a block but we only got to do one hole in the top face. The reason being, that the Z-axis seems to be "banging" as the tool retracts and the rapid override does not appear to be working when we tell it to do 0%...it looks like it is going at 25%.
We have put the above parameters back to what they were initially and tested the first side of the part with another post processor written for just 3 axes, as though the part was in a vise (this post we have been using for a while now) and the rapid override works fine with no "banging" from the Z-Axis.
    The questions are :
    1) Has anyone experienced these symptoms and
    2) Is there anything we can do to stop this happening,

    Thanks in advance
    Martin
