What is the Serial number?
If you have the Electrical Drawing version from the placard, where the serial number is, that would be helpful, as well.
Hope somebody can help.
We were randomly getting a '2061 switch or bad wire between 11 & 12" alarm today. Never at the same point in the program.
I turned the door interlock key on top of the machine and we haven't got it again but I think that is a coincidence.
Is there a list of 2xxx codes somewhere. I don't seem to have anything in my manual like that.
Has anybody ever had this alarm?
Appreciate any feedback you may have.

As I am leaving for the evening, I'm going to take a shot at it without the ladder version. Based on a ladder of that era:
I believe that you switch got knocked loose and the actual Key of the door interlock got pushed back.
I've attached a sample ladder and Your exact electrical print section of the Door interlock.
The Key switch inserts into the lock enough to see X8.5, this triggers Y6.5 to actuate the solenoid in the lock, thus locking the door.
If the solenoid fires, the pin should go THROUGH the key and acknowledge locking. If it hits the key face, it feels locked, but is not CONFIRMED as locked, thus the error.
If you are lacking X7.7, loosen the key, close the door, slide the key fully into the lock, tighten the key, problem solved or there is a wiring issue...electrical schematic is attached.

So far today all is well since turning the door override key. Strange as nobody was near it.
Thank you for your help.
By turning the Override key, you haven't solved the issue, you've made the machine ignore the issue.
Making it "less safe" in the process.

Maintenance guy said her turned the key to open the door for cleaning and may have forgot to turn it back. So guessing that is what happened.
Does that make sense?
Wait...Are you saying that the override key was not turned to make it bypassed as a correction, but that the key was turned and forgotten about (in the bypassed condition) and that is what caused the alarm?
...and resetting the key to its NORMAL position is allowing it to function correctly, now?
If so, great.
Note: The bypass setting of Safety Switch has the function that it will not allow the door to "Latch" closed, thus...the same alarm as if it shifted back and would not allow the latch to close.
