Doosan lynx 300 live tool orient

Hi guys!
I have a next problem.After turret repair live tool is not oriented correctly.How i can get it fix?
I've tried to change the P#4077 S2,but when i change the value,it brings me alarm 2116 TOOL FIX CHECK SWITCH ALARM and nothing can do.
does anyone had to solve this issue?pls,help

There is a manual for front mounted live tool drive, and another for rear attached live tool drive.

They are in the thread that contains many different procedures for a variety of machines.

It sounds like the physical assembly was not aligned during the attachment of the drive pulley.

Follow the instructions for your live tool style to correctly assemble the pulley (in the correct position, as well as within 0.0002" TIR and Flatness)

Then use 4077 to have the motor position the cam-notch correctly, so the fixing pin can lock.
