Manual Rapid issue and handle jog Doosan DB 130cx boring mill

This is an issue that has been causing crashes in our shop. The machine is a Doosan DB 130cx Boring Mill and it has a Fanuc 18i MB Controller. The problem is after you use the hand wheel and leave an axis selected, then change to Manual Rapid mode and Rapid away it will move both axises. The only way to correct this is to have the handle jog in the off position. I'm not sure if this is a wiring problem or a parameter setting but it has cause a couple veteran operators to have crashes simply Rapiding if away from the part.
Thanks any help would be appreciated. And we have had people look at the issue without any luck

What is the machine's serial number? (found on the placard, located near the main power switch)
What is the Electrical Hardware version? (found on the placard, located near the main power switch)

What is the ladder version?
Press the <SYSTEM> hard key
Press the <PMC> softkey (depending on Fanuc model)
Press the <PMCPRM> or <PMCCONFIG> (depending on Fanuc model)
Press the <TITLE> softkey
There is a field: PROGRAM DRAWING NUMBER (it is in the middle of the page)
It contains a LONG alphanumeric sequence, separated by a comma or colon...and then another alphanumeric sequence
I need the WHOLE code...everything in that field.


From this information, I can see why the machine does anything and everything related to IO

The serial number is DB 130CX and the Electrical hardware is number is DB13CX0218

But i cant seem to find the TITLE soft Key in PMCPRM.
Is there something im doing wrong?

the page i get to the soft keys are TIMER COUNTR KEEPRL DATA SETTING and there doesn't seem to be another page

I found the program drawing number it is DB3XS18BB2 and you help is much appreciated. And if need be i cana send you pictures of the screens incase there is any confusion.

Other choices are <PMCDGN> or <PMCMAINT>

Try looking for <TITLE> in there...

Ok sorry here is s update on the numbers, the serial number and electrical hardware number tag is in Korean.
Here is what I have found.

Serial number- DB13CX0218

Electrical Hardware Version - DB13XF8BA00

Ladder Version - DB3XS18BB2 (no comma in field)

Running the MODE rotary switch through all of its positions, what are the status of X32.0, X32.1, and X32.2 in each position?

Lets try again.

I need to know which position the dial is in and what is the status of X32.0, X32.1, and X32.2 in each position...

then move the dial to the next position...tell me what that position is, and what is the status of X32.0, X32.1, and X32.2 in THAT position...


Repeat until all positions and statuses are reported.

1.) Please set the selector switch as far counter-clockwise as it will turn.
2.) Write down what X32 displays on the STATUS page _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (all 8 bits, as seen on the screen)

3.) Please set the selector switch one click in the clockwise direction.
4.) Write down what X32 displays on the STATUS page _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (all 8 bits, as seen on the screen)

5.) Repeat the process from line 3 until all positions of the selector have been recorded.
