    Sting,
    It would have been better to start a new thread, instead of taking over this one.
    How certain are you that the parameter list you used is correct and complete?
    Was it the hardcopy from the back of your machine?
    Was it from a SIMILAR machine? (What was THAT machine's serial number?)
    Was it a generic version?

    If all parameters are ok, did you check all controller I/O?
    a. With E-stop pressed, find the status page.
    b. Press or turn every button in question to see if it operates correctly. Specifically the spindle speed override, but I would check all to be sure (it only takes a few minutes)
