I have two service manuals for a very similar machine. (The HM8000) Part numbers will be different, but procedures will be similar. (both attached)

To get the specific manual for your machine, you would need to give the local dealer the machine's serial number.

We bought used machine Daewoo PUMA230MB and there is no manuals. The alarm light for chip conveyor is on and I don`t know how to fix it. From program the chip conveyor does not work. Relays are OK. Time relays are pulled out from the beginning, when the conveyor worked. Maybe someone has a manual or a circuit diagram and can share it here?

What is the S/N of the machine? What is the make/model of the CNC? What is the make/model of the chip conveyor?

On the placard (where the serial number is) there is a hardware version or an electrical drawing number.

It is the name of the Electrical Circuit Diagram that was used for your machine. (this number will give me your EXACT electrical diagram, the serial number will bring me dawn to a few possibilities)

Do you have that number?

If not, what is the serial number of the machine?


Side Note: With that number, you can contact your local dealer and purchase new manuals.
(I can help with the section needed, today...but as they are actual Doosan part numbers, I'm not allowed to send the whole document.)

The machine is Daewoo PUMA230MB Serial No.:P23M0228 Electric drawing edition: P20MH68CA17
The chip conveyor is made by Woo Jin machinery, Model: PM23 Item No.: L31953116A Serial No.: 0010111

I want to know whats wrong. The chip conveyor is not in it`s best - push buttons didn`t work from the begining, but it worked from program. Now the alarm light is on and it doesn`t work from program also. It works only when pressed the forward or backward switch in the box, but it`s not an option.

A 240LM is a "240mm workholding", L=long body, M=Milling (aka: Live tooling)

my fault it was puma 240LB 2axis only. as you said in your deleted post, it wasn't so hard to disassembly turret. finaly i did it. problem were third pair of tapered pins from back side of curvic coupling. 240mb manual could be used as a quide, i just skip some steps related to live tools. thx
