Hi, im new in this forum, and a newbie in all of this CNC machines. I bought a PC-DNC software to make some file transfers to a Fanuc controller via BTR, and runs ok, i have now a Fadal 88 machine and i want to try to send the files with the same software because this software have the option to send data via RS-232, im using the TA,1 command, and the transfer do not begin, i configure the communication with the same Baud Rate, 7 bits, 1 stop, ASCII Even, and in the manual says that Xon-Off Disable for this command, Also the program have a %CR at the beginning and %CR at the end, but doesnt work, the machine doesnt accept the program. Im working 5 days in this problem and i dont know if theres something im doing bad, or if theres a command, or parameter that i dont stablish on the machine. I enter the comand TA,1 and then i run the program and send the data via RS232. I check the cable and it looks fine the pin 2 on the pc side, with the pin 3 in the CNC side, and the pin 3 in the pc side with the pin 2 on the CNC side, Any ideas??
