Need controls for Mazak 3l CNC lathe

I have a old Mazak 3l CNC lathe, I bought the lathe in USA and shipped it to Norway, when I got it all the bords here hanging outside the lathe, due to a truck crash and it's also been outside in the rain for a long time, so I don't even want to think about solving all the faults on the controls.

I need to know what I need to buy to replace the old controls (FANUC 2000) so I can control the 2 axis' and the toolchanger from the computer.

Would be very thankfull for any help
