Hello, is it possible to control a Parker/Compumotor 6200 Indexer from LinuxCNC? I have a 6200 Indexer available to me for use/prototyping and 2 drives (including servo's, ball screws, digital scales) all already assembled, these are parts from a AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) machine, so, its mostly finish in hardware, but the problem is converting from the NT based Imaging software to LinuxCNC So, I need to talk to the Indexer thru RS-232 Here is the web page for the Indexer I have here http://www.parkermotion.com/products...80_567_29.html So, if anyone has gone this road, or knows a solution, I'll be appreciated. |
