The description of the alarm in the book says Fuse Of APC Slave Unit Has Been Blown. I can not seem to find anything on this. Has anyone seen this? Thanks for your help!!

    It has been awhile but according to my old notes you need to do the following for the SUM CHECK error.

    1. Press F1(SEQUENCE) ->Press F2(DATASET) -> Press F4(TABLE) -> You will see “Constance Byte Table 1
    2. Type 0 0 (in the 1. 00) -> Press INPUT -> You will see Parameter Write Enable SW On
    3. Turn on WRITE ENABLE SW that is on MICON16-2 board in control panel
    4. Press F6(END). -> You will see Write Enable SW Off
    5. Turn off WRITE ENABLE SW
    6. Press F6(END) -> Press F1(SEQUENCE) ->Press F3(PROGRAM) -> You will see Parameter Write Enable SW On
    7. Turn on WRITE ENABLE SW that is on MICON16-2 board in control panel
    8. You will see top line of ladder automatically
    9. Press F2(ALTER) -> You will see ___(Cursor) on screen.
    10. Press F4(STORE) -> Press INPUT.
    11. Press F6(END) -> You will see Write Enable SW Off
    14. Turn off WRITE ENABLE SW
    15. Turn off NC power -> Turn on NC power

    This may or may not work as I said before it has been a long time and some things may need to be done in different sequences. Give it a try and let me know if it works.

    Good luck,
    Stevo

    It should not be asking you for a password. IIRC this happened to someone else that I was helping and they had to do the procedure a few times before it would take and not ask for a password.
